Dog and cat sitting — West Erie Pet Wellness is a small team of dedicated professionals and paraprofessionals providing personalized wellness and primary care for cats and dogs by focusing on the specific needs of each pet's Life-Stage: Pediatrics, Adulthood, and Geriatrics.

Pediatric Care focuses on puppy and kitten wellness. The medical and dental care decisions you make for your puppy and kitten have a major impact on their quality and length of life.

Adulthood Care focuses on wellness needs for pets in the prime of their life, the timeframe of which varies by species and breed. Dental health during adulthood is key to your loving pet's quality and length of life.

Geriatric Care focuses on early detection of diseases of aging and maintaining dental health. More frequent exams, screening, and dental care provide your pet the longest, healthiest, and happiest lifetime.

We strive to share our empathy and compassion with pet people that are going through the emotional experience of their loving pet being sick.

At West Erie Pet Urgent Care we believe that pets do best when they are with their family - as much as is practical - during their Urgent Care. We have 6 comfortable patient rooms where you can be inside, together with your pet. While there are times when your pet will not be able to be with you due to BioSecurity and OSHA requirements (for example when blood samples are taken, during a procedure, during xraying) rest assured our goal is to have you and your pet together as much as possible!

Due to limited capacity WE ARE NOT A WALK-IN PRACTICE. To ensure that we have capacity for your pet's unique situation - before coming to our practice - you must first call our triage nurse to confirm we are open, to complete a pre-registration application, and for us to triage the pre-registration application to determine if we have capacity for your pet's anticipated needs. Those pre-registrations approved will be scheduled arrival by reservation during opening hours. Due to capacity restrictions we reserve the right to refer applicants to another provider if we do not have capacity.
